Jeffrey Weinberger and Peggy and Ron Weiss met while attending the University of Texas at Austin. They formed a partnership in 1975 and have established two of Austin's finest dining experiences - Jeffrey's and Shoreline Grill.

In the heart of Austin, Shoreline Grill is on the Town Lake portion of the Colorado River and owes part of its popularity to location. Finding unique dining in a thriving downtown area by the water is one attraction for locals as well as visitors. And while the setting may entice diners initially, it's the food that merits their return.

"We've worked hard for our good reputation." states Jeffrey Weinberger, operating partner at Shoreline Grill. "The restaurant was started in 1989 with the idea of doing simply - prepared foods using excellent ingredients in a larger, beautiful setting in the heart of downtown Austin. We increased our space at Shoreline Grill to include private meeting facilities. As with our other diners, our goal is to make certain your business or entertainment events turn out beautifully."

As one of Austin's most celebrated restaurants, Shoreline Grill is rounding off its 18th year of impecable service. In those 18 years, Shoreline Grill has served stars, laughed with locals and provided many memories for politians, presidents and prom queens.
